Sunny
Colour: DMH Tuxedo
Age: Due to her size, her age has not yet been determined; we hope to figure that out when she is spayed on Dec. 29, 2025
Gender: Female
History:
Sunny was picked up by Raymond Bylaw in the County of Stirling. Details were few.
Personality:
Upon intake, Sunny’s tiny stature led us to believe she was perhaps about four or five months old. At the health check, her veterinarian pointed out that she had all her adult teeth which caused us to re-think her age. Then, later in her photos, we could see a tiny notch in her right ear and a very slight rim of frost bite on her left one. That could put her as an adult. The next question was, could she possibly be pregnant? No spay scar was visible so our veterinarian popped her on the ultrasound. No fetuses either. But when she is at the clinic for her surgery in late December, a thorough investigation will be done.
Talk about a little doll! We are still learning about this petite lady but her purr-motor rarely stops. Her tiny body is gaining weight as her appetite has been almost insatiable. She was so very cooperative at her veterinary appointment and loved everyone’s attention. For the first few weeks, most of Sunny’s time was spent recuperating with rest and a steady food source; then she rediscovered the fun of playing with and spending time with her other foster friends, in particular the younsters. She’s also likes to snuggle beside a human on their bed. Her medium-length fur is soft and shiny and her tail has a hue of brown tones. We will continue to update as we learn more about this demure little lady’s personality.
